Description

Mottled White Tipped Wild Turkey Flats feathers have nice mottled color pattern through the mid section of the feather, with a dark band and white tip at the top. These are a traditional material for streamers and classic salmon & wet flies. And, of course, turkey is widely used in tying the Muddler Minnow pattern. Barbs can be used also for legs, antennae, tails etc. on insect imitations.

All feathers do have have some sign of abrasion, as is the case in any natural feather from a wild bird. Especially the white tips which do show variance in colour between feathers.

Feather length is ranges from 8cm – 10 cm, barb length 2-4 cm.

Colour varies from medium brown to dark brown.

Five feathers per package.
