Description

Hareline Half Rooster Cape variations are great value. These quality half capes have a big feather count, with feathers for wings and hackle on saltwater patterns, native flies, and of course, a big array of trout flies. We see them used as the feather wings on tarpon flies, tails on poppers and divers, as well as hackle on buggers, woolly worms and dry fly hackle. They have many uses when tying salmon and steelhead flies as well. While not technically dry fly capes, the top third of each cape offers a stiffer hackle feather that is excellent for a wide range of dry fl sizes. Hareline half rooster capes represent one of the best values on rooster hackle feathers in the fly tying market.

Available in a range of useful colours.
