The Stonfo Standard Hackle Pliers offer a ring-shaped soft touch handle. This variety is popular if you like to control the amount of pressure... but don't pull too hard! The angle of the head adjusts upwards of 160 degrees, so it works with you as you wrap your hackle around the hook shank.
