Refund policy
At Troutlore, we want you to be happy with the Fly Tying Materials, Tools and Vises you purchase from us. We use these materials ourselves in our own tying and put our trust in them, so we believe you should be abele to put your trust in them too.
That said, problems do occur. We cannot oversee third party suppliers quality control, so sometimes there may be an issue. If so, please get in touch as soon as possible and we will do our best to work out a solution.
The same goes if an item is supplied incorrectly, or is damaged. Please get in touch and we will work with you to find a solution that gets you tying hte flies you want to tie as soon as possible.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
• has a problem that would have stopped someone from
buying the item if they had known about it
• is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description
• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked
for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will
compensate you for any drop in value agreed after the event.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within
a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time
you can choose a refund or replacement.
First and foremost, we want you to be happy with your purchase. So, we will work with you to ensure this to the best of our abilities.
