Slotted Tungsten Beads Metallic Pink – 20 Pcs

Slotted Tungsten beads made specifically for fly tying, drilled and slotted for easily sliding around the hook curve and seating at the eye of a jig hook. The slot allows the bead to be slid up above the line of the hook shank and tied in to aid inversion of the fly.

Perfect for jig hooks, when tying Euro style nymphs and jig flies.

Tungsten is much denser than brass, and so is a heavier bead for the same size.  When you want your nymphs and streamers to get down fast, tungsten is the 'go to' material. These beads offer a flash of colour, and a nice round head to your fly, while making sure they sink.... fast!
