Veniard Osprey VH141 Long Streamer hooks are reminiscent of the hooks we all used to use to tie Woolly Buggers when starting out tying out own flies. And we still tie Buggers on them today. With a 4x long shank, there is plenty of steel to lash down an array of body materials for modern and classic streamer patterns. Muddlers, Buggers, Zonkers and Mickey Finns, they'll all feel at home on this hook.
Presented in a Light Bronze finish that has a touch of yellow/gold, it's got 'vintage hook' written all over it.
Veniard Osprey Fly Hooks have proven to be a popular hook for the fly tyer on a budget. Yet, they still offer a solid frame, in a classically-styled hook with a big barb. Of course, that can be pinched down if you so wish. Made in Korea
