This is a complete tying kit with all the materials required to tie 24 flies in this Congo Pilchard Baitfish pattern (10 with eyes). Plus, there will be PLENTY of other materials left over, so if you grab more hooks and eyes (possibly in a different size) you'll be tying even more flies.

Trimmed properly this is a very effective little fly that swims natural and hold in the water column well. Every predator loves a baitfish, and so should every fly tyer!
