NO BRUSH GAMECHANGER FLY PATTERN TIED BY ROB GEE OF TROUTLORE FLY TYING STORE

No Brush Gamechanger Fly Tying Video Now Available

There are countless different ways to tie an effective Gamechanger fly, but when you want to push water, especially for larger Australian predators like Murray Cod, you want a solid head on them. Usually that means stacking a lot of material with heavy wraps of pre-made brushes... until we decided to develop the NO BRUSH GAMECHAGER.

We have now uploaded both PART I and PART II of the tying process for the NO BRUSH GAMECHANGER. Why TWO VIDEOS? Because the process drags on a bit with the full explanation. I just wanted to keep the videos shorter in length if possible, given that the two combined are almost an hour.

But fear not, it doesn't take an hour to tie these, it just takes that long to explain the process fully... even with some of the repetition sped up to save time!

The end result is a full bodied fly that can be trimmed to shape, yet it saves you a lot in materials, and allows for more colour variations to be introduced along the body with ease. Make them as big or as small as you ike, it's just a matter of adjusting the size of hook, the number & size of shanks, and the amount of material tied in!
